
Ableton Liveschool presents its quarterly event INPUT, a conference for up-and-coming producers to engage with and listen to presentations from some of the industry’s most influential and interesting figures.
Taking place on August 10 at FBi Social, the event provides in-depth discussions, presentations and Q&A sessions with a focus on production techniques and industry insights, and this instalment features some of the industry’s top players.
Tim Shiel, the man behind Gotye’s blockbuster album ‘Making Mirrors’ will be shedding some light on live performance and production, as well as the making of the album; head of Future Classic Records Nathan McLay will also be discussion what labels are looking for and tips on getting signed.
There will also be production insights from Gardland, the Sydney techno team behind the Hunter Gatherer label as well as sound design techniques from head of Liveschool training Adam Maggs and interactive media techniques and design from Max For Live’s Vaughan Allan,
