Electronic music, at its core, is about breaking from convention and blazing new trails. To stand out in its vast sea, its imperative to bring something new to the table. It is with this in mind that Moogfest have curated a lineup of unparalleled proportions, inviting some of the most prominent pioneers of music, technology, and unconventional thinking to take the stage.
Honoring the legacy of Bob Moog, electronic innovator and inventor of the Moog analog synthesizer, the five-day festival will take place from April 23rd through April 27th in various venues across Asheville, North Carolina, where he spent the last thirty years of his life. Featuring artists and speakers as diverse as they are adept in their respective fields, the event fantastically fuses the past, present and future to fully embody the creative essence of Bob Moog and his electronic empire.
