Claude VonStroke has just announced the release of his third artist album Urban Animal, due for release in September on dirtybird.
The San Fransisco based DJ and dirtybird records boss has been maintaining serious focus on his burgeoning imprint, snapping up artists from across the globe including Catz 'N Dogz, Breach, Justin Martin, J Phlip, French Fries and Kry Wolf besides running a globally recognised series of BBQ's, warehouse parties and a monthly residency at Sankeys Ibiza this summer. Now, the DJ and former Mothership head is stepping back into the limelight for his third artist album, which also marks the 100th release for the uber-cool house imprint.
You can also preview the forthcoming single 'Can't Wait / The Clapping Track' in the Soundcloud player above, before its official release date of August 3rd. The album itself is thought to be sample heavy, a collection of tracks inspired and designed by Claude's 'hectic working environment' over the course of nine tracks.
Urban Animals is released on dirtybird on the 17th September.
