We’re one day away from the day the man himself, Nelson Mandela was brought to us to change the way we see the world as we know it – 18th July 2013 we will all be celebrating Madiba’s birthday. Mr Mandela gave 67 years of his life fighting for the rights of humanity so it seemed only too fitting to dedicate 67 minutes of or time to do the same for a chosen charity, individual or your local community, whatever it may be – nothing wrong with doing a bit of good, ever.

We have been leading up to tomorrow with articles on the amazing man in some would say a rather light-heartedly way, I believe that goes hand-in-hand with Madiba – a gentle soul with only our best interests at heart, a man who believed in music and the power therein to change things for the better, music is certainly a powerful tool, it moves, it spurs on, it gets people to think and of course – people move to it, it shakes the negative off and refreshes, setting us up for another good innings.

Here is a clip spotlighting thoughts from others about Nelson Mandela and what he believed music could do for us as a nation, as a global conglomerate. His iconic Madiba Jive has rippled into the hearts of the nation and won’t be forgotten. Watch this:
