Live Nation and Yahoo previously announced that they would be teaming up for a new online streaming concert series that will feature a new live concert every day for a year. Now, they’ve revealed the lineup for the first 30 days of performances.
The joint venture will bring together millions of music fans who will be able to view their favorite artists perform on the Live Nation Channel on Yahoo Screen. The series kicks off tomorrow, July 15th, with “A Very Special Evening with Dave Matthews Band.”
Other artists who will be featured soon include The Kooks, OneRepublic, Justin Timberlake, Usher, KISS, John Legend, The Fray, Common, Airborne Toxic Event, and more. There will be something for everyone. Beyond the performances themselves, the portal will also showcase behind-the-scenes footage, artist interviews, and an on demand catalogue of songs on video.
