Swedish dance music sensation Avicii has been asked to lend his talents to the official 2014 FIFA World Cup Anthem. He will be working alongside other musical veterans representing several different musical genres such as Carlos Santana, Wyclef Jean, and Grammy award winner Alexandre Pires.
Avicii explained his contribition to the track. “I gave it a ‘Samba meets my dance music’ sound, which works perfectly for the positive spirit of the song.”
The song, which is called “Dar Um Jeito (We Will Find A Way)” was originally produced by Ash Pournouri, Carl Falk, Rami Yacoub, and Wyclef Jean. It will be performed live at the FIFA World Cup closing ceremony on July 13th. The song hasn’t been released yet but will definitely be featured on the official 2014 World Cup album - keep your eyes peeled on Pulse Radio for more information as it becomes available!
