Last week, Deadmau5 accused hardstyle producer, Wildstylz, of ripping off the chord progression from his hit track “Some Chords” in the recently released “Straightforward.” At the time, Deadmau5 said he would be heading into the studio to make a hardstyle track that "should only take about an hour." True to his word, the mau5 pumped out his own "hardstyle" rendition of "Some Chords" (we think), for which he temporarily reinstated his Soundcloud account. Though admittedly, it took Deadmau5 "like 7 hours to tune that kick."

— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) February 21, 2014Perhaps unable (or unwilling) to take a joke, Hardstyle producer Headhunterz took to Twitter to defend his hardstyle brethren.
Thought after hearing the similarities between "Straightforward" and "Some Chords," Headhunterz might just want to leave this one be.
