Check out TBA Brooklyn this weekend for some serious techno and vinyl vibes. Head over on Friday for the second edition of TBA’s Techno night with Tony Rohr and on Saturday for the infamous I Love Vinyl party.
American DJ and producer, Tony Rohr, has made a name for himself throughout the years and gained recognition for his productions and collaborations with artists like Alexi Delano, Deitrich Schoenemann and Dave Shokh. His projects and work have been featured on top labels such as Cocoon, Weave, Podium and Frankie Records. Tony also works under the Afternoon Coffee Boys moniker.
I Love Vinyl was founded in 2009 by six DJs originating from all over the United States. Using mostly vinyl, artists experiment with a variety of genres, from Hip-Hop, Funk/Soul to Detroit Techno and New Jack Swing. The musical center of the party lies somewhere in the House-Disco spectrum and the vibe leans towards the deeper and darker side of things. I Love Vinyl attracts a crowd that is diverse, unpretentious and open-minded.
