Despite proposed developments in the area and a battle over noise restrictions, developers Englewood Ltd  "will see the development go ahead and the nightclub protected," according to a Ministry Of Sound press release. The club has secured a Deed Of Easement, meaning it can "continue to make the current levels of noise without fear of complaint from future residents of the development," which both parties agreed to, and that "the proposed development is also subject to a very high level of acoustic protection," meaning that the  41-story development at the Eileen House in Elephant & Castle will continue with its proposed redevelopment without threatening the club’s existence.

Ministry Of Sound also thanked their supporters, saying "We couldn’t have done it without you – the hundreds of thousands from all over the world who joined the battle to save our club. You helped us to persuade (Mayor) Boris to do the right thing. We cannot thank you enough for your encouragement, goodwill and support. Together we’ve ensured the music at Ministry never stops."
