You may recall them putting the face of the Boston bomber on the cover just last month for their August issue. Well, now soft porn is their angle. And who better to help them out than Miley 'Twerk' Cyrus, who gets slutty all over the cover of Issue #1193 of the US edition completete with THAT TONGUE. Behold...
But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do in this brave new world of cut-throat media. The new formula seems to be working for the magazine too, with The Independent reporting that their sales doubled after the controversial Boston bomber cover story. Can Miley do the same?
Rolling Stone has also moved with the changing music tides and have over the past few years begun to cover commercial dance music, running features on Deadmau5 and Skrillex to name a few.
