Listen to this exclusive mix and read the interview to find out more about him!

Pulse Radio is partnering with the Rio Music Conference to bring you exclusive music and information ahead of the big event which runs from February 3-12 2013. The festival, which will take place in Marina da Glória, features discussions, workshops, disco bars, DJs and showcase concerts by Brazilian and international musicians. Like the Winter Music Conference in Miami, it brings artists together from all over the world to discuss and display what they do best.

What does Brazil mean to you?  This is a hard one. I consider myself a guy who is in love with what he does. I love to spin and pass on energy to people through my music.

What is your favorite club in Brazil?  I have a few - Warung, D-Edge, and Vibe.

What was the best party you’ve been to in the last year? Warung's 10 year anniversay party was a really amazing night.

Who is your favorite DJ or Producer right now, both from Brasil and abroad? I love the work from Detroit Swindle, Eats Everything, wAFF and the old school guys like Cajmere and Kerri Chandler. I also like the Brazilian guys like Rockeer, Fabo, Dashdot and Toucan.

Who helped inspire you to get involved with electronic music? I grew up listening to music, and understood early on that it would be my lifestyle, and I would make a living from it somehow. From this point on, I became a DJ and got involved in everything related to the music world. I'm happy to be able to contribute to younger generations.

If you could get involved with any label at the moment who would it be and why?  I like a lot of labels, in particular 20:20 vision, Classic Company, Get Physical and Freerange as well as labels like 2DIY4, Hypercolour, Hotflush, Dirt Crew and more.

What are your thoughts on RMC, the Rio Music Conference?  I think its an incredible initiative. We have the oportunity to exchange ideas and experiences, and that is awesome. Brasil is a very strong market nowadays, for both mainstream and underground music. RMC certainly helps Brazil a lot, putting South America on the map as a great electronic music market.

What can we look forward to from you in 2013?  This year my focus is production, and I hope to have a lot of material with which I could maybe put out an album that contains only original productions and collaborations.
