Pulse love interesting documentaries that focus on our beloved culture and dig deep into the foundations - for music maker and DJ Eduardo De La Calle, it's a passion that needs your help to bring an important project to the fore, entitled 'Beatz: Divergences & Contradictions of Electronic Music'. It's an acumilation of years of experience, questioning and commentary from a man that's been involved in the dance music scene for nearly 2 decades.
Eduardo has been running his own labels, including vinyl-only imprint Analog Solutions and decided to create BEATZ, a documentary that looks at the divergences and contradictions of electronic music nowadays, looking behind the scenes of the industry. Eduardo produced the video on a shoe-string budget, using his time as a touring DJ to interview other players from across dance music. Eduardo has set up a crowdfunding page in order to raie the funds to finish the last stages of the video in the post-production stages. So far only funded by minimal money and Eduardo's connections. Financial support is needed in order to compensate the work and time spent by the editor and post-production technicians to finalize the project.
