Lee-Anne Ahrends, based in Jozi Town and known as Missred when she's performing, is a DJ who has spun her flavour on the decks for a considerable amount of time earning the respect that a DJ of her calibre well deserves. Affiliated with Lavish Productions, Missred’s Electro-tinged House has been on display in front of South Africa’s most demanding crowds around the country on some serious bills, not to mention the international experience she has gained in her career as well is Missred earning her keep in the scene to speak.

In her own words: "I play with soul and emotion. For the two hours that I’m up there, I share a part of my soul with the crowd and vice versa, without ever saying a word to each other. Nothing excites me and makes me happier than to see so many people, regardless of age, gender, or race, coming together for the love of house music. I’m just grateful to be instrumental in that experience."
