Balance Music has launched a new offshoot mix compilation series called 'Presents' with the honour of the very first intalment going to London newcomer Jozif, who kicks off proceedings with a 13-track mix of emotive house cuts.
"We are very excited to invite jozif to be part of the Balance family of selectors,” says Balance's Tom Pandzic. "We believe he is the perfect choice to launch the new Balance presents compilation series, which will focus on the next generation of DJ/producers that are flying the flag for quality electronic music, and moving the scene forward."
The press notes describe Jozif's upcoming mix as, "inspired by classic compilations such as Sasha's GU:Ibiza masterpiece, James Holden's effort for Balance and that seminal effort that forged thousands of passions, Ministry Of Sound's The Annual 2".
Jozif has been a name making waves in the scene the past 5 years, with his highly musical take on house and downtempo 4/4 grooves as a producer and his prowess as a dancefloor-driven DJ earning him the coveted position of a We Love...Space resident.
