Amnesia recently released the lineup for this year’s closing party extravaganza, and in keeping with the club’s heavily techno and tech house opening fiesta lineup, they’ve once again pulled out all the stops, inviting many of the island’s hottest underground stars along for the ride.
This year’s fiesta, taking place on October 5, will include Marco Carola, Maceo Plex, Matthias Tanzmann, Steve Lawler, Eats Everything, Mar-T, Neverdogs and Cuartero, along with residents Les Schmitz and Caal Smile, with other guests still to be announced.
Carola, the current star of Amnesia, stormed the closing last year after a wildly impressive Steve Lawler, playing his signature brand of stripped down techno up until around 6pm in the terrace, while Maceo absolutely smashed the opening, having slid comfortably into his new Maceo-but-Maetrik role as a filthy techno guru. The big surprise this year comes with Eats Everything, whose been making the rounds at just about every popular party in town, including ENTER., Carl Cox's Revolution, and dirtybird at Sankeys Ibiza. His first showing on the terrace, it should be an absolute treat to hear some fresh new sounds from the dirtybird favorite for this closing party.
